At MadeByKidz, every creation begins with an idea. From original artwork and handcrafted designs to our Adventure Worlds, characters, stories, and educational experiences, every piece of creative content represents countless hours of imagination, craftsmanship, and passion.

This Intellectual Property Policy explains what content belongs to MadeByKidz, how it is protected, and how it may be used.

Ownership of Our Content

Unless otherwise noted, all content on this website is owned by MadeByKidz and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.

Product designs

3D models created by MadeByKidz

Logos and branding

Adventure World names and concepts

Characters and illustrations

Ownership remains with MadeByKidz unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Custom Designs

Custom projects created for customers remain subject to the specific agreement established for that project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

MadeByKidz retains ownership of original concepts, artwork, and design methods.

Customers receive the agreed-upon finished products or licensed deliverables.

Ownership of underlying creative assets does not automatically transfer.

Any transfer of intellectual property rights must be documented in writing.

Permitted Use

We encourage sharing and celebrating MadeByKidz. We love seeing our creations inspire others. If you'd like to feature MadeByKidz in an article, classroom, museum exhibit, or community event, we'd love to hear from you.

You may:

Share links to our website.

Share our social media posts using platform sharing tools.

Display purchased MadeByKidz products for personal enjoyment.

Reference MadeByKidz when discussing our products or services.

Prohibited Use

Without prior written permission, you may not:
